The Senior Manager, Partner Experience plans, manages, and executes channel strategies and initiatives to engage, enable, empower, and grow our Brother Channel partners in the Commercial ecosystem. This role is responsible for the development and implementation of short- to long-term comprehensive channel strategies, innovative marketing campaigns, lead generation initiatives, tradeshow planning, and digital marketing strategies while defining success metrics to drive sales growth and engagement.
The Senior Manager is responsible for fostering collaboration with cross-functional team members, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, and optimizing workflows to drive results and maximize ROI. This role will coach and mentor a small team of Channel Marketing professionals.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
***
Channel Marketing Strategies, Planning & Execution
Lead the development and execution of the annual and quarterly channel marketing plans outlining objectives, strategies, tactics, and timelines by product portfolio and channel in alignment with overall business strategies and objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure alignment of channel annual/quarterly plans
Engage in teamwork with cross-functional teams to define the target audience segments, value propositions, and positioning strategies to effectively reach and engage our channel partners
Lead the development and execution of new product Launches, demand generation initiatives, omni-channel campaigns, promotions, and communication campaigns, taking into consideration sales goals, marketing support, and success metrics to optimize the potential growth of BMG products
Regularly track, monitor, and analyze channel marketing performance metrics to assess progress, identify areas of improvement, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization and innovation
Develop and implement the strategy for tradeshow participation, lead capturing, and metrics of success
Generate reports to communicate performance metrics, insights, and outcomes to be shared with key stakeholders
Continuously monitor industry trends & market dynamics to leverage on best practices and foster innovation
Leadership and Team Management
Lead and manage a small team of channel marketing professionals, providing clear direction, guidance, and support to drive performance and foster a culture of excellence and collaboration
Develop and mentor team members, empowering them to grow and succeed in their roles and contribute to the overall success of the channel marketing team
Set clear objectives, and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement and professional growth
Partner Enablement
Work in collaboration with our channel partners and sales team to ensure alignment on objectives, priorities, strategies, and success metrics
Participate alongside with the Sales Team in our partner’s Quarterly Business Reviews, in order to align strategies, identify areas of opportunities and strengthen a collaborative relationship
Develop and execute partner enablement programs, including training, sales tools, case studies and marketing collateral, to empower partners to effectively sell and promote our products and solutions
Communication Strategies
Implement communication protocols and tools to facilitate seamless information sharing among team members
Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and design across all communication materials to enhance brand identity and recognition
Develop and implement streamlined processes and workflows for creating communication material that can be leveraged amongst various groups
E-Commerce & Digital Marketing
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive awareness and engagement across digital channels including social media and email
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize content to enhance the online shopping experience and conversion rates
Monitor performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement
Maximize Brother’s presence on channel partner websites with optimized content, using the most up-to-date product images and messages
Work in collaboration with cross-functional team members to manage content syndication platforms to ensure accurate and timely content updates

ABOUT OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

Education
Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Master's Degree (or equivalent experience) – MBA – Preferred
Experience
(10+ years combination of relevant experience spanning the following areas)
Successful team leadership, coaching & mentoring
Managing partners and implementing marketing initiatives within the B2B business model
Annual/quarterly channel marketing planning & prioritization
Marketing strategies, Omni-channel marketing campaigns, channel programs, platforms management
Tradeshow planning & execution
Lead management

Digital Marketing & E-Commerce
Software/Technical Skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams)
Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management Software (Salesforce Preferred) - Preferred
Knowledge of Partner Portal Tools / Platforms - Preferred
Knowledge of platforms for content syndication - Preferred

ADDITIONAL DETAILS FOR THIS ROLE

This role will be a hybrid role. Subject to business needs, employees may work remotely up to two days per week. Assigned office days will be determined by managers. #LI-Hybrid
The salary (or hiring) range for this position is $140,000 - $160,000 per year
Starting salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location, and alignment with market data
This position is eligible to participate in the relevant Brother variable pay incentive plan(s). Applicable bonus awards are discretionary and contingent upon 1) achievement of your individual objectives and 2) Brother achieving its corporate and business-level objectives
