Who You Are: You are a seasoned growth marketer passionate about driving rapid user acquisition and engagement in a fast-paced growth-stage startup. You thrive in an environment where rapid experimentation, rigorous data analysis, and continuous iteration drive success. With extensive experience in consumer product marketing, you excel at developing and executing multi-channel growth strategies including content marketing, SEO, paid acquisition, partnerships, and referrals. You want to be in a mission-driven company that is early in its growth phase, and desire to build and optimize growth funnels from the ground up.
What You Will Do: You will own and execute our comprehensive growth marketing strategy, accelerating user acquisition specifically targeting educators on our site. Your role will initially involve developing content strategies content strategies to improve SEO rankings and build brand trust, while driving organic user acquisition growth. As this role grows, you will expand to also look at paid growth channels and drive returns via synergies across channels. Additionally, you will establish critical growth metrics, conduct extensive A/B testing, leverage analytics for optimization, and implement marketing automation to drive engagement and retention.
Requirements:
6+ years of experience in growth marketing for consumer products
Demonstrated success in scaling user acquisition from early stage (10K+ users) to significant growth (100K+ users)
Strong analytical capabilities including cohort analysis, funnel optimization, and growth modeling
Deep expertise in SEO, content marketing, and developing organic user acquisition strategies
Self-starter able to manage multiple initiatives independently in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment
