About this role

We are looking for an Account Manager with significant experience in online entrepreneurship to serve as a dedicated partner for Whop's top digital creators. This role is crucial for ensuring the retention and growth of high-value accounts, with a focus on proactive problem-solving and strategic guidance within the Whop ecosystem.

What will you be doing?

  • Manage a portfolio of 125-150 top creators, each generating over $50k/month in revenue.

  • Achieve 100% logo retention and drive 120% Net Revenue Retention (NRR) quarter-over-quarter.

  • Act as the main point of contact and advocate for creators, guiding them through Whop's products and services.

  • Maintain rapid response times in creator communication channels, proactively addressing issues and celebrating successes.

2 - 5 years of experience in account management or similar client-facing roles, preferably within a tech or startup environment.
