About this role
We are looking for a Head of Product with 5-10 years of experience to be our first product hire. We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in the wireless space, a startup mindset, and experience with AI and software. This person will take over product responsibilities from the founder, owning the product strategy and execution from day one.
What will you be doing?
Own the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Eino’s digital twin platform.
Act as the bridge between the engineering team and customers, gathering feature requests and defining the product vision.
Create product roadmaps, feature lists, and product descriptions, and work with the team to ensure they are developed correctly.
Engage directly with customers to understand how they use the software and what features they want, as well as conduct exploratory calls with potential future customers.
Take full ownership of the product function, building processes from scratch and ensuring projects are completed to 100%.
MUST HAVE: 5 - 10+ years of experience in product management for deep-tech, AI, or complex enterprise software, with a strong focus on wireless networking (WiFi/Cellular).
