What we're looking for?
We’re looking for a senior, hands-on marketing leader (3-5+ years) with startup experience and a proven track record of scaling brand or social channels. You’ll own marketing end-to-end as both a strategist and executor, driving awareness and commercial impact. Bonus for taking a brand from early to well-known.
About Somethings
Somethings is on a mission to end the youth mental health crisis by reducing the suicide rate for teens back to 2008 levels of 6.8 per 100,000 (1) for the 42 Million teens in the U.S.
To combat this, we are creating the first scaled network of Certified Peer Specialists and building the most engaging mental health experience in the world for teenagers. We’ve found deep resonance with Medicaid Managed Care Organizations and State Health Agencies, and we’re scaling quickly towards serving hundreds of thousands of teens.
What you'll do:
Power our commercial and sales presence by owning our LinkedIn strategy and creating sales enablement content.
Take ownership of our conference strategy, brand presence, and field marketing approach to drive credibility with health plans and state partners.
Work closely with internal leaders and engineers to build their authentic, high-impact social presences on platforms like X/Twitter.
Design and execute a top-of-funnel strategy that attracts exceptional technical and mission-driven talent.
Lead brand and positioning strategy from concept to execution, personally writing, posting, and testing content.
Build and refine lightweight systems and processes to improve our marketing impact as the company scales.
