About this role
We are looking for a Technical Product Manager with 5+ years of combined engineering and product experience to join our small, high-impact product team. We are looking for a candidate with a strong technical background, ideally with experience building developer tools or API products, who can take complete ownership of core parts of our product. This is a critical role that will help shape the future of Paragon's product vision as we aim to become the leading integration infrastructure for AI. You will have a direct influence on our product strategy and own entire parts of the Paragon platform from end to end.
What will you be doing?
Define and execute the strategy for entire products and core areas of the Paragon platform.
Own the product development strategy end-to-end, from customer research and writing PRDs to working with engineering to launch new features.
Work directly with customers, sales, and customer success to inform the product roadmap and strategy.
Build the next generation of integration infrastructure for AI, focusing on AI agents and data ingestion for RAG applications.
Help shape the product roadmap for the rest of the year and beyond, with a high degree of ownership and impact from day one.
